Return Policy

Should a return or exchange be necessary, you must first contact us for a Return Authorization number within 15 days of the shipment of your order. Any packages shipped back to our offices without a Return Authorization number displayed on the outer packaging will be refused and returned to you. Please note that all shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Any and all items returned must be in unworn, unwashed and sellable condition including all packaging and tags. It is your responsibility to ensure that each item is well packaged for the return shipment as we are not able to give full credit for any items that are received back in less than perfect condition. We advise insuring any items that you may return for this reason. Upon receiving your item we will issue your choice of the remaining balance in either store credit or a refund. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Damages

Should you receive a damaged item and would like to exchange it for a new one, it will be replaced with an identical item from our stock to the best of our ability. Please contact us to notify us of any damages immediately after receipt of your item.

In the event that a replacement is not available, we will offer store credit or a direct refund.
